Parenting a teenager in the 21st century can be a daunting challenge. As such, it is important for educators to have positive relationships with parents that are based on proactive communication. In this workshop the presenters will work to empower attendees in their work and communication with parents of teenagers. Participants will learn to be more effective with the typical parent communication situations and will develop strategies for interacting during challenging parent communication scenarios.
